We’re Lumi Forge, a small creative team based in Melkbosstrand, just outside Cape Town. What started as a shared passion for design and innovation quickly turned into something more - a way for us to bring unique, handcrafted lighting into South African homes.

Every lamp we make begins as a concept imagined and designed by Stefan, and together we take it from digital design to reality. Each piece is 3D printed in-house, assembled by hand, and given the care and attention it deserves. This process makes our lamps truly one-of-a-kind.

Being local means a lot to us. We’re proud to create right here at home, offering something fresh, modern, and innovative while keeping our roots in Cape Town’s creative energy.

Who Are We?

At the heart of Lumi Forge is a two-person team - and a couple - Stefan Kruger and Tyla Oliver.

Stefan is the creative mind behind every design, bringing innovation and craftsmanship to each piece, while Tyla keeps the wheels turning, managing operations and sharing our story through marketing.
